Game of Thrones' Sophie Turner slams fans for not pronouncing Sansa properly
IT'S not exactly the most complicated name out of all the Game of Thrones characters, but it seems some fans still have trouble pronouncing Sansa.

And it seems that actress Sophie Turner, who plays the role of Sansa Stark in the hit HBO drama, is rather annoyed by it.
Taking to her Twitter account, the 20-year-old posted: "Okay guys. This has been grated on me for 7 f***ing years.
"It’s Sansa like Sarnsa. Not sanza. Goddamit."
Sophie has been playing Sansa since the show started back in 2011 and stars alongside Maisie Williams, who plays younger sister Arya Stark.

Sophie said her character's name should be said Sarnsa
Recently she shocked fans of the show by saying she wanted her character to be killed off.
"I don’t want to survive," she said. "I want Littlefinger to end up on the throne… If you’re on Game of Thrones and you don’t have a cool death scene, then what’s the point?"
Sophie said her character was going to "thrive" and "take charge and be a leader" in the upcoming season.
"Season six feels like everything is coming together and storylines intertwining and people are forming alliances with other characters and everyone is coming towards the same goal," she told Wall Street Journal.

Sophie has been playing Sansa since the show started back in 2011
"She [Sansa] is really going to thrive this season."
Her performance in the role has received four nominations for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, as well as a Young Artist Award for Best Supporting Young Actress in a TV Series.
Sophie will also star in X-Men: Apocalypse set for release later this year alongside James McAvoy Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult.
Game of Thrones season six returns to Sky Atlantic on April 24.
