Old-fashioned buses, classic cars and newspaper billboards detailing the police's hunt for the notorious criminal littered the Glasgow street.
Rillington Place will reportedly be told from not just murderer John's viewpoint, but also his wife Ethel and their neighbour Timothy Evans - who all lived at Number 10.
The three-part series discusses the story of John, who is thought to have strangled at least eight women, including his spouse.

Writers Ed Whitmore and Tracey Malone commented: "This is a story you just can't look away from: an unlikely serial killer who orchestrated a devastating miscarriage of justice.
"It has drawn us in at every turn and has attracted an incredibly exciting level of talent who are as committed as we are to bringing it to life," the MailOnline stated.
A release date is yet to be announced for Rillington Place.
