The judge stripped off to lie on a bed of cabbages for the campaign designed to encourage people to become vegetarian.
When the image appeared on the large screen during the talent competition's spin-off show, the 45-year-old's fellow judges couldn't stop giggling.
While Simon Cowell asked: "When did you do that?"
David Walliams jumped out of his seat and posed under Amanda's nude photo and pretended to look up her bottom.

Mocking her, David quipped back: "It's not pretty from that angle!"
He later joked: "For 68-years-old she looks absolutely fabulous."

Simon also poked fun at the shot and asked if it had been airbrushed
While Simon told him he was a “sick, sick man!", he too poked fun at the shot and remarked: "I've got to say whoever did the airbrushing on that is genius!"
However, the audience were firmly on Amanda's side and booed their comments, while she hit back: "There was no bloody airbrushing, I worked my arse off for that!"
