UFC: Khabib Nurmagomedov calls himself the ‘king of the jungle’
Mayweather vs Khabib
Khabib Nurmagomedov called out Floyd Mayweather on social media last week and the American legend responded with: “CBS, Showtime and MGM Grand get the checkbook out!
“LET’S MAKE LAS VEGAS GREAT AGAIN!”
But Khabib has a huge problem with those demands and he is suspended by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, meaning another destination will have to be chosen.
The Russian is still yet to be paid his $2million (£1.5m) purse for the victory against Conor McGregor at UFC 229 because of a post-fight brawl, which is still being investigated.

Khabib, who holds an undefeated 27-0 record in the UFC, is hoping to follow in the footsteps of McGregor by turning his hand to boxing for a big pay-day clash with Mayweather.
But he has responded to Mayweather by asking for a different location for any potential showdown.
"But no Vegas, they won't pay my money,” Khabib said.
Mayweather, whose record stands at 50-0, is more likely to fight Manny Pacquiao if he comes out of retirement once again.

Jarrell Miller’s promoter Dmitry Salita wants Anthony Joshua to attend his next fight as he eyes up becoming the Brit’s WBA mandatory challenger.
"I was at Joshua's fight versus [Alexander] Povetkin in September, and it was really a phenomenal atmosphere,” Salita said.
"If this clash happens in England, I think that Jarrell will take it. He'll use that energy of 80-90, maybe for that fight there will be 100,000 people to inspire him.
"He's had a tremendous amount of experience back from his kickboxing days, travelling to the hometown of the guy that he was fighting, and winning, or maybe it's Joshua's first fight in the United States.”
Deontay Wilder KNOCKS OUT sports show mascot
Deontay Wilder
False reports circulated last week that Deontay Wilder broke a mascots jaw while punching him on live TV.
Wilder appeared on Spanish TV show Nacion to promote his fight with Tyson Fury on December 1.
During the programme, the American was asked to test his power on a mascot, but no damage was done to the person in the costume.
An ESPN spokesperson told The Wrap Sunday: “Reports are inaccurate. No injury was caused to the mascot performer during the Nacion ESPN segment.”
