Players Arsenal could sign in January
Houssem Aouar
Lyon star Aouar still appears to be a top target for Mikel Arteta after a deal failed to materialise in the summer.
The Gunners are in need of a creative midfielder having scored just 12 goals in 14 Premier League games this season.
Whether Arsenal have the money to afford the Frenchman is another matter.

Christian Eriksen
Eriksen is certainly a cheaper option than Aouar and would bring plenty of Premier League experience.
But the Denmark international struggled in his final few months at north London rivals Tottenham and hasn't fared much better since leaving for Inter Milan last January.
Whether he would cross the divide and join Arsenal is unknown, but a deal shouldn't be ruled out if Arteta cannot land his top targets.

Isco
Like Eriksen, Isco is another attacking midfielder who looks set to leave his current club either in January or the summer.
The Real Madrid star is linked with the Gunners after making just three La Liga starts this season.
Arsenal fans would prefer Isco over Eriksen, and Arteta needs to do what he can to keep supporters on his side.
Yves Bissouma
Arsenal may not be the most attractive proposition for Brighton midfielder Bissouma, with Manchester United and Liverpool also said to be interested in the 24-year-old.
But the Gunners could immediately offer him a regular starting spot in the middle of the park alongside Thomas Partey.
Arsenal need to pick off other Premier League clubs' top talents and Bissouma is one of them.
Omar Rekik
Nineteen-year-old defender Rekik is set to join from Hertha Berlin.
Reports say he flew to London last week to finalise a move ahead of joining the Arsenal under-23s.

Players who could leave Arsenal in January
William Saliba
Saliba looks set to go out on loan again after failing to make a single first-team appearance in the first half of the season.
The £27million signing is yet to make a matchday squad despite Arsenal's struggles.
Arteta has an abundance of defenders to choose from, so Saliba may be best looking elsewhere for first-team football.
Sokratis Papastathopoulos
Sokratis was left out of both the Premier League and Europa League squads, so is likely to leave if he can find a new club.
Arsenal will want to get his wages off the books and may even allow the former Borussia Dortmund man to leave for nothing, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.
Napoli wanted to sign him in the summer.
Sead Kolasinac
Kolasinac has fallen down the pecking order at left-back and could be on his way out of the Emirates.
The Bosnian was linked with a return to the Bundesliga in the summer but terms could not be agreed with Bayer Leverkusen.
He still has 18 months left on his contract, so could attract a fee.
Folarin Balogun
Young striker Balogun is out of contract in the summer and can speak to foreign clubs regarding a free transfer from January.
But if Arsenal cannot sort out a new deal for the teenager, they could look to sell next month.
It would be a disaster for the club, with Balogun highly rated following his prolific goalscoring record in the youth sides.
