Thierry Henry names two Arsenal players who he loves watching - 'Guys I can relate to'
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry waxed lyrical about Arsenal ahead of their game against Manchester United.
Ralf Rangnick confirmed as Manchester United interim manager
For a long period, Arsenal relied on experienced professionals such as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez to lead the line.
But with the youthful double act, Arsenal's resurgence has seen them earn the plaudits from pundits up and down the country.
And Henry praised the pair before the crunch clash against Manchester United on Thursday, claiming they are players he 'can relate to'.
"I can see that it matters to them. Those are the two players that make me watch Arsenal more than the others.
"You need to aim for the top four and have that status to bring players after.
"Money obviously, financially, is a big step. But bring players to come to Arsenal."
DON'T MISS
"What I want to see is an Arsenal team that is going to come here and make a statement against a strong Man United side," he added.
"Are they heading in the right direction against a team they’re supposed to beat with a one game a week situation? Yes.
"We don’t lose, we get smashed."
The Gunners play against struggling Everton on Monday as they look to get back to winning ways in the hunt for Champions League qualification.
