Real Madrid star's girlfriend sends expletive WhatsApp to Casemiro ahead of Man Utd move
MANCHESTER UNITED are set to sign Casemiro but the deal has not pleased everyone involved with Real Madrid.
The girlfriend of Real Madrid star Federico Valverde has sent an expletive WhatsApp message to Casemiro ahead of his move to Manchester United. Casemiro has agreed to join the Red Devils but it has not gone down well with everyone.
United are set to pay £60million for the Brazil midfielder on an initial four-year contract. It will bring to an end a nine-year stay at the Bernabeu for the 30-year-old.
He has won five Champions Leagues and three La Liga titles during an illustrious time at Real. But Valverde's partner clearly does not want Casemiro to go.
Mina Bonino, who is also a sports journalist, has posted a screenshot of a WhatsApp message she sent to Casemiro on Friday afternoon. The message translates to: "Don't leave, you s*** b*****d."
She posted the tweet just minutes after both United and Real had confirmed an agreement had been reached over Casemiro. The player is set to travel to Manchester this weekend to finalise personal terms and undergo a medical.

Bonino's boyfriend Valverde has already posted a farewell message to Casemiro, which she retweeted. The message from Valverde read: "Today there are too many words.
"You were one of the first to open the doors of your house for me, who gave me a hand and always placed your trust in me. You're definitely going to miss me on the field, but I'm sure more off it.
"Thank you so much Case. ALWAYS."
Casemiro will leave Real having made 336 appearances in all competitions, scoring 31 goals. And he has broken his silence on leaving Los Blancos.
Also writing on Twitter, Casemiro posted: "I have lived the most wonderful story that I ever thought. I hope to return one day to what will always be my home.

Casemiro has not signed in time to be available for United's match against rivals Liverpool on Monday. He could make his debut when Erik ten Hag's side visit Southampton next Saturday.
United have lost their opening two matches of the season to Brighton and Brentford. Ten Hag will continue to scour the market for new signings before the window shuts on September 1.
