As a result, West Ham, Brentford and Crystal Palace have registered an interest in acquiring his services and could lodge a bid over the coming weeks.

Arsenal considering move for Serie A breakout star
Arsenal are ‘admirers’ of Bologna star Joshua Zirkee, reports The Telegraph.
The forward has impressed since leaving Bayern Munich to head to the Serie A, scoring eight and assisting four in 22 appearances.
Zirkee’s performances have caught the eye of the Gunners and a fee in the region of £50million would test the resolve of Bologna, though any sort of deal this month has been described as ‘complicated’.
A move for the 22-year-old is therefore deemed more likely at the end of the season.
Brighton eyeing double Boca raid
Brighton are hoping to continue their raid of Boca Juniors by acquiring the services of Ezequiel Fernandez.
That is according to Boca Noticias, who claim that the Seagulls have ‘appeared’ for the Argentine midfielder and are ‘following’ him closely.
A fee in the region of £11million is said to be enough to secure the signature of Fernandez, though there are other clubs interested which could see a bidding war break out.
Brighton have already swooped to sign Valentin Barco from Boca this month, with his move to the Amex Stadium expected to be announced imminently.
Chelsea target future Evan Ferguson move
Chelsea are long-term admirers of Brighton striker Evan Ferguson, according to the Evening Standard.
The Blues have already forked out mammoth sums to the Seagulls over the past 18 months by signing Marc Cucurella and Moises Caicedo.
This time, Brighton are expected to resist doing business with the Londoners as 19-year-old Ferguson goes from strength to strength.
The teenager has bagged six Premier League goals already this season and top clubs across the country are believed to be keeping track of his situation.
When they day comes for Brighton to cash in, the Republic of Ireland international could cost in excess of £100million.
Arteta expected to snub £30m interest in Nketiah
Mikel Arteta will reportedly knock back approaches for Eddie Nketiah this January despite Crystal Palace's willingness to pay around £30million for the Arsenal striker.
Injuries to fellow frontman Gabriel Jesus have given Nketiah golden opportunities to stamp his authority on the Gunners' centre-forward spot this season. But the 24-year-old's return of five goals in 19 Premier League appearances leaves plenty to be desired.
Even so, transfer expert Ben Jacobs claims that Arteta wants to 'hold on' to Nketiah even if a hefty bid lands at the Emirates.
Jadon Sancho stings Man Utd with first words after BVB return
Jadon Sancho said it 'felt like home' when he returned to Borussia Dortmund on Thursday to complete his loan move from Manchester United.
The winger failed to bed in at Old Trafford and found himself banished from the first team after falling out with Erik ten Hag last year.
"When I walked into the dressing room today, it felt like coming home," Sancho told Dortmund's official website. "I've never lost contact with the people in charge.
"I can’t wait to see my team-mates again, play football with a smile on my face, assist and score goals and help BVB."

Man Utd make Sancho announcement
Jadon Sancho has joined Borussia Dortmund on loan for the remainder of the season, Manchester United have confirmed.
The 23-year-old will wear the coveted No 10 jersey for BVB as he attempts to reboot his career after a spell on the sidelines.
Sancho and Erik ten Hag fell out during the summer and the winger has been banished from first-team training ever since.
It remains to be seen whether the situation has cooled enough for Sancho to be welcomed back to Old Trafford at the end of the campaign.

Man Utd's Hannibal Mejbri loan move 'complete'
Sevilla are poised to announce the signing of Hannibal Mejbri on loan from Manchester United imminently, according to various reports.
The La Liga side have successfully beaten Everton to the 20-year-old's signature.
Hannibal will join on loan for the rest of the season, with Sevilla given the option to buy him permanently in the summer.
Everton, meanwhile, will go back to the drawing board.
Danjuma weighing up Everton exit
Arnaut Danjuma could cut his season-long loan at Everton short if he is not given assurances over game time.
According to The Mirror, talks between the winger and the Tofees are due to take place soon.
Lyon are interested in taking the former Bournemouth star on loan with an option to buy.
Danjuma has only started three Premier League games for Everton all season, but he would reportedly be willing to see out 2023/24 at Goodison Park if management make it clear that his minutes will increase.
Djed Spence loan details come to light
Tottenham right-back Djed Spence is closing in on a loan move to Genoa, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Serie A side will have a modest buy option of £8.6million, which is less than half of the total package Spurs agreed with Middlesbrough 18 months ago.
In addition, Tottenham are covering the entirety of Spence's salary after his troubled loan spell at Leeds United.
The 23-year-old is undergoing his medical with Genoa today (Thursday) and could follow Eric Dier out of north London before the end of the day.
Eric Dier lands in Germany as Tottenham exit nears
Tottenham centre-back Eric Dier has landed in Germany ahead of his move to Bayern Munich, footage shows.
The deal is now 'done', according to Sky Germany, with Dier to conduct his medical in Bavaria later today.
"Bayern is an amazing club," the 29-year-old sead before heading off to meet with his new boss Thomas Tuchel.
Spurs have already signed Radu Dragusin as Dier's replacement.

Arsenal send £22m bid for Borja Mayoral
Arsenal have lodged an official proposal for Getafe striker Borja Mayoral, according to The Sun.
Only Jude Bellingham has scored more than his 12 La Liga goals so far this season.
The Gunners are thought to be keeping an eye on the January transfer market with a view to signing a new striker.
Mayoral has excelled this campaign at Getafe, where he counts Mason Greenwood among his team-mates.
However, the £22m bid falls well short of the Spanish side's reported £39m asking price.
Man Utd youngster flirts with permanent exit
Hannibal Mejbri's prospective loan move to Sevilla would include an option to buy, according to The Athletic.
The Manchester United midfielder has endeared himself to supporters with his hard-working performances this season.
But Erik ten Hag could lose him permanently in the summer if his January loan switch goes ahead.
Hannibal's camp reportedly favour Sevilla over rival interest from Everton.
To retain an element of control over the 20-year-old's future, United are believed to be keen on inserting a buy-back clause so that the door to a reunion remains open.
Tottenham wounded by Dragusin's agent
Tottenham are about to pull off an impressive coup by signing Radu Dragusin ahead of Bayern Munich, but recent comments emerging from the player's camp may leave the north London club less than impressed.
Spurs agreed to sign the outgoing Genoa centre-back in a deal worth around £25million ahead of Bayern, who lodged a rival bid at the eleventh hour.
By that time, Dragusin had already given his word to Ange Postecoglou, and the German giants were forced to retreat.
But the 21-year-old's agent, Florin Manea, risked backlash by leaving the door ajar for a move to Bayern in the future.
"We stopped dead," he told GSP. "We were on our way to the airport. I said we have to think carefully and evaluate. Bayern are one of the biggest clubs.
"I can’t believe I turned Bayern down! But that’s the decision. I took it with Radu and his family. I informed Bayern that this was the decision, that they came in at the last minute and that it was difficult to change our decision."
Arsenal agree to meet Zubimendi asking price
Arsenal are prepared to pay Martin Zubimendi's £51.6million release clause, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The Gunners are long-term admirers of the Real Sociedad midfielder, who will retain the final say over his future even if Arsenal stump up the cash.
Zubimendi rose through the ranks at Sociedad - his local club - and may be reluctant to leave them mid-season.
Arsenal are also linked with Everton star Amadou Onana as Mikel Arteta looks to beef up his midfield ranks.
Man Utd outcast Jadon Sancho conducting Borussia Dortmund medical today
Jadon Sancho is set to complete his move to Borussia Dortmund today (Thursday) after a private jet was filmed landing near the club's training ground on Wednesday evening.
The 23-year-old is joining BVB, his former club, on loan for the rest of the season with no option to buy.
Dortmund will pay a small fee to United, who are set to cover a portion of the winger's vast wages.
Sancho has been out of the Red Devils' first-team picture since falling out with manager Erik ten Hag in the summer.
The saga could be put to rest - at least temporarily - if his move to Dortmund is finalised before the end of the day.
