Richards sad to see Kutcher take Sheen's job
DENISE RICHARDS will be sad to see hit sitcom TWO AND A HALF MEN return with ASHTON KUTCHER in the lead role, because she is convinced "nobody can replace" her ex-husband CHARLIE SHEEN.
The troubled actor was fired from the TV comedy earlier this year (11) after months of highly publicised bad behaviour and a feud with the show's creator, Chuck Lorre.
The series was thrown into jeopardy with Sheen's exit, but TV bosses have now drafted in Kutcher to replace him.
Richards admits the Just Married star is a good choice to carry the show into another season, but she is adamant it will never be the same without Sheen.
She tells TV Guide, "I am sad to see Charlie not on the show. Nobody can replace Charlie. The show was written for him and he was so brilliant at it, but I think Ashton will make it his own."
