Nemanja Vidic's agent rubbishes Manchester United exit talk
THE agent of Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic has spoken out to deny speculation that his client is in negotiations to leave Old Trafford this summer.
Vidic has been tipped to leave United this summer following Sir Alex Ferguson's retirement, with AC Milan linked with a move for the Serbian.
However, his agent Silvano Martina told Italian newspaper Fantagazzetta: "We are talking with no-one. This is all pub talk.
"This is the first time I heard that news and I don't know where it came from. We're talking about the captain of Manchester United here, not just any player. Vidic has no problems with United - all the talk is hot air."
Vidic will find out his future under David Moyes this week - with the Scot officially taking charge at the club today.
While the 31-year-old is likely to be wanted in Moyes' squad, he missed a large chunk of last season through injury and could find his place in the team under further threat should United bring in target Ezequiel Garay from Benfica.
Garay is thought to have been house-hunting in the North-West recently, with reports suggesting his signing is imminent.
