Manchester United make it full Premier League house on Twitter
TWITTER is now home to all 20 Premier League clubs after Manchester United became the last top-flight side to join the social networking site.
United sent their first tweet at 8:30am this morning, posting: "New era, same spirit. The season starts here. Let's do this #mufc"
The Red Devils also posted pictures of iconic former players Bobby Charlton, George Best and Denis Law, as well as Rio Ferdinand holding last season's Premier League trophy.
United's new beginning with David Moyes replacing Sir Alex Ferguson was also referenced, with a slightly strange looking image of their new Scottish manager.
"I’m hungry to win trophies and driven to do it," the caption read.
Arsenal leads the way for Twitter followers having reached over 2.5million, while United are sure to build on their current 182,871 following.
