Chelsea defender David Luiz won't join Bayern Munich
PEP GUARDIOLA insists he is not considering a bid for Chelsea defender David Luiz.
In the wake of a 4-2 Super Cup defeat by Borussia Dortmund on Saturday, it had been rumoured that Bayern Munich were in the market for a new defender.
But Guardiola said: "Luiz is not coming to Munich. We already have four or five central defenders.
"I am very happy with them. The speculation is not true."

Barcelona were also thought to be tracking the Brazilian international, but new boss Gerardo Martino has turned his attentions elsewhere.
Jose Mourinho has insisted that Luiz is an important part of his plans at Stamford Bridge, despite the 26-year-old and Juan Mata being linked with a players-plus-cash deal for Manchester United's Wayne Rooney.
Such a package has been staunchly denied by Chelsea, but Luiz has continued to be linked with a move away from West London.
A transfer fee of around £35million was mooted for the former Benfica star, but the Confederations Cup winner now looks set to stay with the Blues this summer.
