Mario Balotelli INCLUDED in Italy squad despite poor form for Liverpool
MARIO BALOTELLI has been named in Italy's squad for their two matches during the international break despite his worrying form for Liverpool.
The striker fired a blank once again as the Reds slipped to a 2-1 defeat to Chelsea on Saturday.
Balotelli has yet to open his Premier League account for Brendan Rodgers' Liverpool side, but Italy have kept the faith by including him in their latest squad for their Euro 2016 qualifier against Croatia on November 16 as well as a friendly two days later against Albania.
The £16million man took to Facebook to share the news.
He wrote: "Glad to be back on the National Team and proud to represent my country."

Balotelli has come under heavy criticism since his move to Anfield, with former Italy coach Arrigo Sacchi questioning his ability.
He said: "Balotelli is not a player, because a player moves as part of a team.
"He’s just a footballer."
