Scott Dann, Joel Ward, Yannick Bolasie and Joe Ledley have all shaken off minor knocks, while James McArthur made his return from injury against Manchester United in midweek.
Quique Flores also rested key men in Watford’s 3-1 defeat to West Ham on Wednesday night, but Troy Deeney and Odion Ighalo are expected to return to the starting XI.
The Hornets will be without Nordin Amrabat, who is suspended following his sending off against the Hammers.
Pardew: FA Cup shaped this club
What the managers say
Pardew: "We're squeezing games in; the run we've had, this is our fourth game in 12 days.
"That's a tough run, when you've got a semi-final, the biggest game in this club's history for a while, since the play-off final."
Flores: “I’ve practically chosen the team but what’s important is not to have the first XI right now in my head. What’s important is to be right.
"But I have confidence in the players and in the last three matches we recovered good feelings and spirit. We are playing well and I think the feeling of the team is good."
Odds (to reach the final)
Palace: 4/6
Watford: 11/10
