Chelsea planning summer move to make Mali youngster Antonio Conte's first signing
CHELSEA are reportedly planning to make a summer move for Mali youngster Amadou Haidara.
Amadou Haidara impressed in last year's Under-17 World Cup
The 18-year-old first caught the attention of the Blues in last year’s Under-17 World Cup.
They have continued to monitor his progress during his time at the JMG Academy Bamako.
And according to French newspaper L’Equipe new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is interested in bringing him to Stamford Bridge in the summer.
The Blues face competition for the teenager from Spanish side Granada and French club Monaco.
And the defensive midfielder is currently on trial at Ligue 1 club Bordeaux, but he is yet to agree a contract.
If he does move to Chelsea he will have to first join Vitesse Arnhem, the Blues' feeder club, in order to gain a work permit.
