Mauricio Pochettino reveals new long-term Tottenham deal: 'We can achieve big things'
MAURICIO POCHETTINO has revealed he has agreed a new deal with Tottenham.
Mauricio Pochettino has agreed a new deal to keep him with Tottenham until 2021
Pochettino has admitted he has reached a 'verbal agreement' with the club over a new deal and expects to put pen to paper on the contract next week.
The new agreement will keep him at White Hart Lane until 2021.
He said: "It was an easy decision when you feel the love of the people and the potential of the club is massive, so why change?
"We create a good atmosphere on the training ground and I think we can achieve big things in the future. I believe in this project and this club. I want to stay here."
"Come to Paris? I hope so. It is true that it would please me. It's part of my dreams. I try to watch all their matches, especially in the Champions League.
Bookies slashed odds of him leaving following the remarks, with Ladbrokes shifting from 20/1 to 8/1 for the PSG job and 7/1 for a move to United.
However, Spurs fans can seemingly rest assured he will be with them next season following his comments from today's pre-Chelsea press conference.
Tottenham face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Monday night (8pm).
