The France international has been linked with a move to England, with Manchester United, Tottenham and West Ham all understood to be interested.
The Premier League clubs are reportedly in the market for a new striker when the transfer window reopens.
And the 24-year-old, who is valued at £23.5million, has admitted he would be open to leaving Lyon for the right club.
“Will I still be in Ligue 1 next season? I will think about it," Lacazette told Canal+. "I need to take good decisions.
"I am very happy at the club. If there is better elsewhere, then I will see. I am happy at the club, but we will think about it.”
Mauricio Pochettino and Slaven Bilic of Spurs and West Ham, respectively, have both confirmed their pursuit for a new striker earlier this month.
While French news outlet L’Equipe revealed last month that United manager Louis van Gaal is also keen on strengthening his front line, with Lacazette said to be high up on his shortlist.
Lacazette has been in sensational form for Lyon this season with 21 league goals to his name - only Paris Saint-Germain's Zlatan Ibrahimovic has more in Ligue 1.
And Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas will look to fend off interest in the club's star striker, saying last this week: "I would like to keep Alexandre Lacazette."
