Ronald Koeman: I have doubts over both Everton and Man City red cards
RONALD KOEMAN admitted there were ‘doubts’ about both red cards in Everton’s draw against Manchester City.
Morgan Schneiderlin - 5 things you need to know
Everton looked to be holding on for a win at the Etihad after Wayne Rooney opened the scoring, but City secured a 1-1 draw when Raheem Sterling struck eight minutes from time.
City were reduced to 10 men when Kyle Walker caught Dominic Calvert-Lewin with an elbow and he was shown a second yellow card.
The visitors had Morgan Scheniderlin sent off for a second bookable offence when he slid on Sergio Aguero and nicked the ball.
The Frenchman was distinctly unimpressed and he pointed a finger at Aguero before making his way down the tunnel.
And while accepting the referees face a hard job, Toffees boss Koeman thought both reds were contentious.
