ENGLAND boss Gareth Southgate has made wholesale changes to his team against Belgium tonight - a decision that surprised Martin Keown.
England go into the game knowing a win would secure top spot in Group G.
Gareth Southgate has maintained he will go into the game looking for three points, despite a possible clash with Brazil down the line in the quarter-final.

But he has still made eight changes from the 6-1 thumping of Panama.
And Keown admitted that was more changes than he expected Southgate to make.

It’s probably more than I would have anticipated
“It’s probably more than I would have anticipated,” he said on BBC One.
“But it just shows you the trust that Gareth has in the players.
“They’ve been sat watching two fantastic games for England.
“There’s a lot to follow but they’ll feel they can maybe go and do more than the other team has done so far.
“It’s all positive, we really can’t lose. We’re in a fantastic situation.
“Let’s not be clever about who may be coming up after the last-16.
“Let’s just go and win this game and maybe win in the last-16 as well.”
