What are the travel rules for green list countries?
Travel rules for entry from the UK vary between nations, so it is important to check the specific regulations for each country.
However, those travelling to the UK from a green list country are exempt from quarantine upon their arrival.
This applies to both vaccinated and unvaccinated arrivals.
According to the UK Government website: "You must only have been in or travelled through a green list country or the UK, Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man in the previous 10 days."
Before travelling to the UK, you must take a COVID-19 test in the three days before arrival.
This can be a lateral flow, LAMP or PCR test from a provider which meets Government "standards".
Arrivals must also pre-book and pay for a day two COVID-19 test and complete a passenger locator form before travel.
