The stunning islands scattered along the Adriatic Sea are much cheaper than mainland Croatia with breathtaking views and white sandy beaches.

Once a military base and largely off-limits to tourists, Vis is now a hidden gem known for its unspoiled beauty, secluded coves, and pristine nature.

Another one on the list is Pag which is famous for its lunar-like landscape. The island is known for its salt production, sheep cheese, and lively summer festivals, including the renowned Zrce Beach parties. 

It offers a mix of sandy and rocky beaches and unique culinary experiences.

Next is Mljet which is touted as Croatia's greenest island. It is home to a stunning national park featuring lush forests, two saltwater lakes, and a Benedictine monastery on an islet. 

Visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, and exploring its natural beauty.
