Golf may not have a reputation as an extreme sport.
But this crazy course in South Africa definitely has the thrill factor.

The Extreme 19th, as it's known, features a tee-off at the top of Hanglip Mountain.
It sits a whopping 1,312 feet above the green.
In order to tee off, golfers have to be flown up to the mountain by helicopter.
Once at the top spot, they can take in the spectacular views before teeing off.
They’re given six balls to start with.
Each ball has tracking sensors, as the distance is so far, misplaced balls are bound to occur.
Naturally, the unique and challenging hole has become a sort after spot for avid golf fans.
The course has been designed by 18 of the globes top players, including Justin Rose and Retief Goosen.
Irishman Padraig Harrington, the 2008 Open Champion, was the first person to make par on the hole.
But he’s since been joined by A lister Morgan Freeman and many more.
