The train to Sziget festival from Amsterdam
You weren’t planning on getting any sleep were you?
The Amsterdam train to Sziget festival in Budapest is one of the most notorious party trains in the world.
There are two bar carriages and they’ll both have DJs and bands playing throughout your trip. Party-goers will leave Amsterdam on August 16 and arrive at the Sziget festival a day later and very, very worse for wear.
The MiXery train to Melt Festival
Melt Festival is known for its party-hard atmosphere so it’s unsurprising that they have their own party train.
This one also departs from Amsterdam but you’ll pick up dancers and party people at Koln, Dusseldorf and Hannover along the way.
The train stops directly outside the festival so festival-goers don’t have to lug a tent for miles when they arrive. And the train also offers accommodation for those who are desperate for some shut eye.

The tequila train in Mexico
Tequila really does make you happy, according to the boozehounds that the party train attracts.
The train takes you to several different tequila distilleries in the district and makes sure you get several shots on your journey.
It’s such a popular train that some tequila lovers don’t even disembark, they’d rather soak up the atmosphere from the carriages.

Hop on the train in Antwerp if you want to join in.
Essence Music Festival in new Orleans
The Essence Express takes you from Philadelphia to New Orleans. Expect a lot of dancing, wherever you can find a space on the train.
This is really popular festival and takes a bit of a departure from the classic jazz New Orleans and the line-up includes Puff Daddy and Mariah Carey.
Rather adorably, there’s even a talent show on board.
