Robotech: James Wan (Furious 7) is in "early discussions" to direct Robotech, the big-screen adaptation of a Japanese animated television series. The show revolved around "robotic technology found on a crashed alien starship that Earth used to fight off various alien invasions." Kingsman: The Secret Service: A sequel to Matthew Vaughn's Kingsman: The Secret Service is on its way. The first film, loosely based on a six-issue comic book series by Mark Millar, became an unexpected worldwide hit after it was released in February, grossing more than $400 million.
