Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, request a return, and follow our Return policy. We will gladly accept merchandise that meets the eligibility. 
Item must be:
Unused
Unwashed
Having the original tag
In the original package
In the same condition that you received it
If the returned product is damaged or is not in sellable condition, 30% of the original price will be deducted from the refund.
We cherish our retailers, thus we offer a 7-day try period. After receiving your order, you have 7 days to return the merchandise for a full refund no questions asked

Cancelation Policy

If the customer requests an order cancellation or change, written notification is required within two weeks from the order date was placed. 
For cancellations and/or changes to an existing order, customers must email at [email protected] within 24 hours after placing the order.

Orders can be cancelled by the buyer when in the "Newly Placed" Status. Once an Order is in a "Confirmed" status in FashionGo, it has been put into production and can no longer be cancelled. We typically confirm Orders within 1-2 Business Days after the Order is placed.
