INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana. (WBRC) - The best of the best from college football over the last few years are all in Indianapolis, Indiana this week at the NFL Combine showcasing their abilities to all 32 NFL teams hoping to make their dreams come true. One of those NFL Draft hopefuls is Alabama defensive back Terrion Arnold, who ran a 4.51 in his 40-yard dash.

Arnold had a career year for the Crimson Tide in 2023 with five interceptions and 12 total pass breakups.

“The combine has been an amazing experience. We’re blessed to have this opportunity,” Arnold said.

However, there is one person that Terrion Arnold made sure not to forget while in Indianapolis. His mother.

“Mom if you watching this right now, you’re son just wants to say how proud he is of you. You had me at a young age, and you overcame a lot of adversity. People were doubting you and people were counting you out. Honestly mom, like I always tell you, you raised a star. I just want to say, Tamala Arnold, I love you. I’m right here, the whole world is watching, and I’m blessed to have you as a mom. Like I said, you overcame a lot, and with that being said, I’m going to continue to keep shining just like you raised me to be. I’ll never forget where I came from. Tallahassee, Florida is a hard place to make it out of. Everybody watching this back at home, I hope you’re proud of me, because I gave it my all.”
