UPDATE: Mark Aaron Mitchell booked into the Mobile County Metro Jail a little after 10 a.m. today. The 35-year-old Daphne man had active warrants out for assault first and shooting into an occupied vehicle. He has a bond hearing scheduled on Friday, jail records show.

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile police needs your help getting a wanted fugitive behind bars.

Mark Mitchell is accused of firing shots at someone’s vehicle last month in the 5100 block of Travis Road. The bullet grazed the victim, according to authorities.

Police say that 35-year-old Mitchell is a dangerous individual.

Mitchell 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 195 pounds.

According to police, he has a lengthy arrest history including domestic violence, breaking and entering, and possession of a controlled substance.
