Hourglass Program tours FOX10 Studios

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Some special visitors stopped by the FOX10 News Studios today.
We had the opportunity to give a tour to the students involved in this year’s Hourglass Program. This is part of the Bay Minette Police Department’s school resource officer mentor initiative. The goal of the program is to mentor teens, and provide basic life skills, outdoor opportunities and career development.
In addition to touring the FOX10 Studios, program participants students have also had a chance to attend AIDT Welding School and 5 Rivers Delta-Alabama Delta Resource Center, as well as an opportunity to observe the Blue Angels practice and take a flight in a flight simulator.
