This guidance is for manufacturers of plug-in motorcycles. It explains:

  • the technical criteria that motorcycles must meet to be eligible for the plug-in grant scheme
  • how to register a vehicle to be eligible under the scheme

  1. The plug-in motorcycle grant has been extended until at least April 2025 for L3 motorcycles only.

  2. This guidance has been reformatted. The content has not changed.
