Composer, songwriter and author Raymond Leveen wrote songs for nightclub revues and the Broadway stage score for "Viva O'Brien". Joining ASCAP in 1939, his chief musical collaborators were Ernest Breuer, George Whiting and Marie Breuer. He wrote a number of songs that were recorded for children's records including "Laugh Laugh Phonograph", "I Love the Flag", "Mind Your Mommy", "Mother's Little Helper", "Around the World On a Bubble", "Enchanted Forest", "Dan the Fireman", and the "Sound Effects Man". His popular-song compositions include "Ti-Pi-Tin", "I Wonder", "I See God", "Make Love With a Guitar", "Christmas Candles", "Petootie Pie", "I Will Be Home Again", "Blue Fantasy", "Betty Blue", "In a Shelter From a Shower", "Figaro", "Interlude", "Tear It Down", and "Live With A Beat".
