In the near future, Emma, a delivery girl, is training a new AI-assistant to better help in her tasks. When she delivers a package to Joost, she immediately falls for him, but she is too shy to act upon it. The AI-assistant, initially slowing her down, is quickly improving. However, as it learns to recognise Emma's and Joost's feelings towards each other, it starts interacting in unpredictable ways. When the AI shows early initiative to help her approach Joost, Emma feels confused and intruded, creating more awkwardness between her and Joost. The assistant finally develops emotionally, creating an inspiring poem that motivates Emma to finally ask Joost out. She is happy, albeit surprised that a machine helped her out in such an effective way. She finally realises what the effect of such an emotionally intelligent, manipulative machine will have in the future, especially if it chooses its own endeavours to pursuit.
