Funny

This film has a really low rating because it is one of the cutest and funniest horror comedies I have ever seen and the great thing is that it is so without ever falling into vulgarity or too much, it practically seems like a Scay Movie for families, a version much less thrust than the classic and famous horror comedies which usually fall into vulgarity to entertain but this one doesn't. So I would like to recommend this comedy to all lovers of horror comedies without any particular vulgarity, a good compromise between too much comedy and too much horror.
Moontrap (1988)
Not so bad

Well, the film is truly a terrible mess, that is, it's not that it's difficult to understand but too many things happen too quickly and this gives the viewer a terrible feeling of confusion and discontinuity which undermines the enjoyment of the film. In general the film is also enjoyable but it fails to make the leap and be truly beautiful precisely because of the fact that it is senseless as well as confusing, thus resulting in it being just mere entertainment without any kind of commitment to making the plot flow well.

A quite nice but also very boring film that tries to be scary and futuristic, but in conclusion it's just a normal little story that tries to be new and compelling but fails quite spectacularly. I really don't know what to say about this film except that the idea is compelling and even some parts of the film are very good but if seen as a whole then it is really terribly boring and it's really a shame because if the film had had more pace it would have been really nice. In conclusion, we don't even know whether to recommend the film or not.

Nice horror

An unjustly underrated film that certainly deserves a better rating because it represents a very good psychological horror with really well-orchestrated plots in time and space that make it interesting, scary and entertaining. I am aware that this film has several problems but it still puts a lot of effort into it and for this reason it does not deserve such a low rating, in fact in my opinion it deserves full satisfaction if not something more and instead incomprehensibly its rating is terribly insufficient.
Landscape with Invisible Hand (2023)
Wow

Finally a different film, a film that dares to do something and succeeds very well in its objective, many more films like this would be needed, many more films that dare and that want to innovate with lightness and wonder without looking at what can go wrong but only at what that can work. I had absolutely no expectations for this film and instead it really turned out to be one of the most beautiful and original things I've ever seen, finally a film about aliens that focuses more on the socio-economic aspect of the issue and even if said that way it seems very heavy the film doesn't make you feel the heaviness of the plot.
Momentum (2003)
Forgetable

Here I don't like this film very much, but not because it is excessively bad or in any way annoying or full of errors, but because the film is absolutely banal, it really doesn't make the slightest effort to be even slightly different from the usual, it makes its strength is almost banality and to avoid making mistakes this film avoids doing everything and therefore it undoubtedly falls into the chaos where all those forgettable and soulless films are that as soon as you have seen them you have already forgotten them.
Home Education (2023)
Terrible

Horror film that would like to be different and beautiful but really fails across the board because the film is very banal and doesn't make much sense. For me it falls into one of those annoying films because it is constructed in such a wrong and confusing way that it is almost terrible. However, we must also take a look at the acting which is one of the few decent things in the film. And finally you also have to look at the ending which is really very rushed, that is, the film itself is very slow, then they get to the ending and I don't understand why but they feel like they're in a rush to finish it as soon as possible.
Godsend (2004)
Normal
This is not a real review, it should be understood more as a collection of impressions on the film.
This film starts off quite well, with very good actors and a really interesting plot but then wants to overdo it and therefore falls into a bit of confusion and it's a real shame because this film would have the potential to be a great horror but instead it fails to get going and fails to give your best. In conclusion I can say that I'm sorry for the exaggeration because it had a lot of potential but it's wasted, I really don't know what else to say because this film makes me angry, but in any case it achieves enough because it entertains.
Fortress (1992)
Normal

Classic escape story but set in a futuristic prison with very futuristic security and prisoner control systems, but otherwise it's a very normal escape story and in my opinion it's also done quite well. The absurd thing, however, is that the film in the end is so banal in terms of plot that the fact that it is in the future is the only thing that differentiates it from the myriad of films about escapes with which the history of cinema is already littered. So I would like to say that the film is sufficient and entertaining but is still very banal.
Almost Friends (2016)
Decent

This is a very classic romantic film for teenagers structured exactly as one expects it, it does not bring anything new to the genre because it doesn't want to, the film in fact wants to be banal and entertaining for the target audience and nothing more and in this it succeeds quite well, the However, the problem is in some plot passages and in some points where the film seems to forget some details that it said before or even seems to jump from one point to another, inevitably seeming quite inconsistent, but leaving aside the holes in the screenplay which are also negligible, the film it's decent.
The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes (2023)

Let's start by saying that I am a huge fan of this series and when I heard that a film was being released on the story of the mentor, later President Snow, I was very happy and my expectations were really very high, expectations that were absolutely not disappointed as the film is wonderful , a very worthy prequel that brings honor and further explanations to this already wonderful saga. So I recommend this film to everyone and obviously especially to those who are in love with the saga because this chapter does not disappoint expectations and keeps the level of the saga high.
Death at a Funeral (2007)
Really funny

I saw the remake of this one first and I can say that they are literally the same film and therefore in my opinion this film, having arrived first, deserves a slightly higher rating, but I don't know what else to say because for this film the review I gave for it is fine the other because as I have already said they are identical. So I recommend this film to everyone because it's very funny and after this one, however, I don't know if I also recommend the remake because being the same, watching one is as if you've watched them both.

Funny

A biographical film that tells the story of a rather mediocre president in the history of the US states and does so in a realistic but still quite fictionalized and entertaining way, making the film a kind of enormous parody of President Bush's life. But even if it is a parody it is still very relevant to what this president was and above all to how people perceived him, that is, as a good-for-nothing who had to face terrible crises but managed to do it quite badly. In conclusion, I recommend the film for those who want to see a good comedy and if you are passionate about politics.
American Psycho II: All American Girl (2002)
Terrible
This is not a real review, it should be understood more as a collection of impressions on the film.
This film is terrible and however it represents the sequel to a film which is a masterpiece and it is a shame because this film seems not to have fully understood the previous one because while the other was a very profound thriller film which immersed its roots in the existential malaise of the protagonist this instead it's a bad little film that manages to make you hate the murderer and root for her death because she's unbearable and above all everything she does is sadly banal. This is the classic example of a sequel that shouldn't have been made, the classic example of a disaster that shouldn't have continued beyond the first masterpiece.
The Match (2020)
Wonderfull

A low-budget film that tells the story of a football match between Nazis and prisoners in a concentration camp, that said, the film seems to be a very sad half-assed film and instead it turns out to be a compelling and emotionally charged thing that fully captures you from the beginning to the end, mixing moments heavy and trying to beautiful scenes of lightness and lightheartedness so as to give a complete film which, even if it tells a tragic and terrible story, does not fall into total despair because it wants to teach us something and it does so masterfully.
Jekyll + Hyde (2006)
Terrible
This is not a real review, it should be understood more as a collection of impressions on the film.
Revisitation of one of the most classic horror stories in history, a retelling that aims to be modern, young and captivating but which only manages to be terribly sloppy due to too many plot holes and above all due to a very discontinuous rhythm that undermines attention and involvement of the spectator who then spends more time wondering about the choices of the characters rather than paying attention to the film in general and this is because everything the various characters do is generally made with very little sense.
A Family Affair (2024)
Nice comedy
This is not a real review, it should be understood more as a collection of impressions on the film.
Starting this film I imagined a nice, light and funny comedy suitable for everyone and this is exactly what the film is, a very funny and light comedy with a very obvious but still normally valid moral, the film like all comedies for teenagers is actually a excellent growth journey that teaches us to think about others as well as ourselves. As a comedy, the film is very good and entertaining and in my opinion it is truly underrated because it deserves at least a passing grade if not something more.
The Haunting in Connecticut (2009)
Underrated
This is not a real review, it should be understood more as a collection of impressions on the film.
Very underrated film which as a horror film really deserves a lot because it is gripping and very disturbing and even manages to explain in a very congruent way the reason for the paranormal events and also the twists and turns are really well done and well studied so as to be truly very beautiful and above all unexpected. The beauty of the film is that it blends a horror film very well with a truly dramatic plot where a family must face both a terrible evil entity and a terrible evil that hovers over the heads of their son.
1990: I guerrieri del Bronx (1982)
Sufficient
This is not a real review, it should be understood more as a collection of impressions on the film.
Let's say that this film could have been developed in a much better way because instead of focusing on the banal love story in a post-apocalyptic scenario it could have focused more on the various groups that govern the Bronx rather than making us see them for a very short time in a rather ridiculous way and it is a shame because these groups are so peculiar that since they are not presented well they are a bit too ridiculous and it is difficult to take them seriously. In conclusion, however, the film is in my opinion sufficient and also quite entertaining.
Desde Allá (2015)
Mhe

Very particular film that blends a strange but linear plot with a continuous sense of anxiety and inadequacy. A film that tries in a very bold way to tackle a very particular and very thorny theme and therefore very difficult to talk about without falling into being too terrible and therefore truly unwatchable. In the end the film is entertaining although really harsh and really strangely too bold but in the wrong way to really be considered one of those films that will remain in history. Not so good.
Monster Hunter (2020)
Sufficinet

Film based on the video game of the same name treated exactly like all the chapters of Resident Evil, that is, as a very high action film without a well-defined plot and the very little plot that there is is ridiculous, but in reality the film deserves sufficiency because it is extremely entertain, even if it's bad it entertains and this bothers me a lot because in the end it's a very normal action film that if it hadn't been affiliated with the video game no one would have watched but perhaps it would have had a kinder rating.

Quel maledetto treno blindato (1978)
Incredible

Beautiful and exciting war film that focuses a lot on spectacularity and action rather than on the harsh and psychological aspect of war, the classic film that describes a military action, but this time conducted by deserters and criminals who however manage to entertain and make endear the viewer. Precisely because of the fact that it is a ramshackle team, the film is very particular, especially for the period in which this film was released, it is very particular. So in conclusion this is a film about war but much more comical and lighter than many others.
Letyat zhuravli (1957)
Very nice

This is undoubtedly a film about war, but unlike the usual classic films about war, this one focuses in particular on the suffering and choices of both those who went to the front and those who remained at home, punctuating the lives of a family and a young girl who is dragged by events like a twig is dragged by the current. The film is really very beautiful and entertaining and even though it is very old it manages to convey a lot of the tension of the people both at the front and in the city. The only thing I didn't like is that the protagonist has absolutely no charisma whatsoever and it's a shame because the story focuses on her who in the end is alone at the mercy of events without any control.
All Cheerleaders Die (2013)
Terrible crap
This is not a real review, it should be understood more as a collection of impressions on the film.
I have rarely seen such bad, useless and stupid films and this one has everything to be terrible rubbish. Meanwhile, the plot isn't even terrible but it's developed so poorly that you really don't want to get to the end. The problem of the film is also the acting, all the actors are poor and annoying and this fuels the hatred and annoyance towards all the characters and made me side with everyone's death, I really hoped they would all die and that's it they were annoying. In conclusion this film only manages to increase hatred towards humanity and towards whoever wrote this rubbish.
