‘Inside Out 2′ is now the highest grossing Pixar film

(CNN) - ‘Inside Out 2′ is now the highest grossing Pixar movie.
The film has earned $1.25 billion globally.
It’s surpassed ‘Incredibles 2’, the studio’s previous record holder that earned $1.24 billion after its release in 2018.
‘Inside Out 2′ now also ranks as the fourth highest-grossing animated movie ever, behind ‘Frozen,’ ‘The Super Mario Bros. Movie,’ and ‘Frozen 2’
‘Inside Out 2′ is still in theaters, so its earnings number will continue to climb.
