Data integrity is always a major thing in any industry. We have validated many routinely used calculations sheet in work place. This will give us confidence about the date entered in the sheet. For non routine work, when we use Excel sheet always provide the formulas page for data integrity. Also always train the staff the importance of documenting as step by step during the work in progress.
