If so, then for sure you need to reflect on this honestly and with your spouse or a mentor, agree on some actions to take to improve on your response that caused the negative feedback. One think I found helpful in this improvement was to get and read the latest newsletter's from your accounting firm. They all have monthly updates on the latest accounting pronouncements or latest tax updates, these are great sources to stay current in the profession.

Los comentarios negativos a un Departamento de Contabilidad tienen un riesgo alto ya que pueden ser por debilidades o mala percepción en procesos como: Cuentas por Cobrar, por Pagar, Conciliaciones Bancarias, Impuestos, Facturación , etc. Tomando esto en consideración deben analizarse estos comentarios buscar la causa raíz de los mismos y tomar acción para que no se repitan. Hay un tema que se repite y es que los Clientes Internos de Contabilidad buscan información y si vas a fin de mes te dicen que están en cierre; esto crea una mala imagen y retrasan otros procesos; esto se resuelve con el establecimiento de acuerdo de servicios y una mejor comunicación.
