Leadership can be display during interview sometime by also guiding a candidate appropriately especially when such candidates has the capacity for a higher role as against applying for a lower role. I have to convert an interview with a candidate to mentoring some years back because she did not realized that she has the skill and capacity for higher role. I told her that she should rather be applying for managerial role. After guiding her on programs to registered for within her financial capacity, professionals network to leverage among other steps, her excitement engulfed the room. I felt so fulfilled for being bold to help the candidate as against trying to attain my KPI in talent Acquisition.
