Something that helped me at some point, was to find people who move in my same professional environment, not only from work, you can also go to coworkings, and there you will find people from whom you can get valuable knowledge.

Practice makes perfect, just as an athlete exercises every day, so does your brain, keep it awake. Always put your new knowledge into practice and your portfolio will grow as well.

Knowing how to understand the environment is very important, because this will help you to communicate correctly what you want to express graphically. It will make much more sense

There is no guarantee of a full time job at internship level, you are expected to learn and produce value without long term expectation. In the event that you do need a full time job and the company does not agree with your 'nature' or way of being, however your performance metrics are promising. They may do you tye favor of pointing you in the right direction where the character you are will be welcomed according to their judgment - with open arms. They may also extend to you the notion that you may either remain on call to them if you wish or return should they need someone like who they think you may become in the future - once again according to their current judgment and outside of your response.

There is a subtle balance between having a generous mindset and doing more than you are paid to do. Good leaders usually have busy schedules! When an insightful person raises their hand and puts themselves in a position to achieve goals or solve problems, it's natural for them to be noticed! Intentionally choose areas where you already have a predisposition to excel and add value! You will surely be recognized as a powerful and valuable presence!
