Prepara tus resultados en el ultimo semestre y asegurate que sean medibles, al punto que puedas presentar datos duros que justifiquen los aspectos que desees negociar. Ejemplo: incremente las ventas en %, respecto al año anterior o semestre anterior, asegure la negociación de 3 nuevos clientes por mes, lo que ha llevado a la compañía aun crecimiento porcentual de X% respecto al año anterior.

He notado en muchas ocasiones que los espacios relajados y poco formales son irónicamente idóneos para plantear posibles escenarios y buscar en algún momento más preciso la atención y el tiempo en la agenda de tu jefe para abordar con mayor asertividad el tema . Vale la pena recordar que para pedir primero hay que dar resultados .

Tener apertura , aceptar la opinión del otro aunque no estemos de acuerdo o no nos favorezca, es una de las maneras más rápidas en donde podemos también generar la pauta para que nuestra opinión y argumentos también sean validados. Es importante tratar de comprender el por qué el otro tiene una perspectiva que posiblemente no empate con nuestra visión de las cosas ,pero escuchar y tomar en cuenta el punto de vista como valioso , ayudará mucho a qué la relación y los objetivos fluyan positivamente para lograr en algún momento tus propósitos .

If you and your manager can make "feedback" a standing item on your checkin agenda, you will be amazed at the outcome.
