In my experience, the first step towards a succesful presentation is getting to understand your audience. This helps you create content that fits their backgrounds, goals, and needs. Without this, you might not have a connection with your audience as the information and method of presentation might be okay for them.

فى البداية لابد ان يتم معرفة الجمهور المستهدف ولابد من ان العرض يتحدث مباشر الى الاشخاص الموجودين فى الغرف لابد ان يكون المحتوى الذى سيتم عرضة واضح ومباشر ومن الافاضل تلخيص الهدف من العرض فى الخاتمه والقاء المسئوليات وتحديدها للافراد داخل الغرفة كما ان الموثرات البصرية مهم فى ايضاء ما يصعب فهمه كما انه من الضرورى ايضا اشراك المشتركين فى العرض والاستماع الى الاراء لهم واخذ ما يمكن اخذة من مقترحتهم ولكن يجب الحذر من فرض الهيمنه على الاجتماع بكثرة الاحاديث الجانبية والتى سوف تودى الى فشل الاجتماع وعدم الوصول الى حل ولابد من تحديد اجندة قبل الاجتماع وتحديد ما تم مناقشته فى نهاية الاجتماع فى الوقت المحدد للاجتماع

Use visuals sparingly but effectively to enhance understanding. Practice delivery to refine your speaking style and manage time effectively. Engage your audience through storytelling, interaction, and addressing their concerns. Maintain confidence, speak clearly, and be receptive to feedback for continuous improvement in communicating program goals and outcomes.

One other approach I have adopted is to avoid clattering the presentation with information that doesn't contribute directly to the key message of the presentation. Extra unnecessary information causes the minds of the recipients to wander and removes the focus from the main points of the presentation. I also ensure to include a call to action for those in attendance.

In my experience, visualization helps a lot when it comes to presentations as it catches the eyes of the audience and easily communicates information. Having too many texts and data that the audience struggles to grasp will be a challenge. Therefore use visual aids that help you simply communicate your information.

One thing I have found helpful is first of all being familiar with all the content of your presentation as this will help you be flexible, answer all questions, and still convey the full intended information. Secondly, practice makes perfect. Therefore, practice the speech, tone, posture, and pace knowing how long you wish your presentation to be. You can do this by yourself or with a colleague.

In my experience, engaging the audience is key to a successful presentation. Break-out sessions, discussions, and asking questions help you converse and engage the audience to be able to know if they understand the information you are passing along. Observe the audience and incorporate icebreakers when you notice their attention and engagement are shifting.
