You learn from failure more than you would while succeeding. It's from failing you know what works, it's from failing you know how to avoid pit holes I don't think there is anyone who hasn't failed especially when it comes to the content industry. You write and your content is a piece of trash, well do you give up? Definitely not! Your learning process is going to include some roller coaster along the way, and when I say roller coaster I mean sometimes you'll hit rock bottom! But it's part of learning!

Learning from failure is valuable. One lesson could be to change or pivot your career. You are not giving up on yourself, if you change your career. On the contrary.

Taking feedback will help to grow fast with clarity. You can follow cycle as well while taking feedback learn -> try -> feedback -> repeat - learn from feedback and don't repeat the same mistake - Be open to lean new thing and try it out - Track your moves (measure your progress) - Don't hesitate to take calculative risk -
