This may require multiple round-table discussions, diplomacy and patience - focussing on the similarities that everyone can agree on is a good starting point. Then the differing points will be a negotiation, especially if they’re conflicting. I find it best to spell out and discuss the pro’s and con’s of going one way or the other on certain decisions. As the design professional, it’s your job to lead and guide the vision (and all stakeholders) to a successful resolution.

You can’t get too attached to your own work, it needs to be fluid. Part of most design processes is presenting options, variations and iterations on the original idea. You can still stay on brief and evolve your work as new information is shared. Be prepared to pivot if needed. Remember: as designers, our job is to be problem-solvers. And often there’s not only one answer to a problem. This should excite you, not stress you.
