The last one is critical . Mr Bachchans strength was his ability to act. He pivoted at one stage away from acting to running a corporation bearing his name and came to near bankruptcy. He learned and re-embraced acting and television and the rest is history . Any my own journey in consulting over the past 25 years has been one of reinvention.The common thread being flexibility in working with organisations of varied sizes, contexts ,purposes, ownership structures and stakeholders (One of my clients is a single store Rs 10cr retail outlet)!

Sin dudas la aceptación y adaptación al cambio es la clave de todo éxito. Como dijo Charles Darwin "No es la especie más fuerte la que sobrevive, ni la más inteligente, sino la que responde mejor al cambio". Debemos mantenernos actualizados, en conocimiento, tecnologías, herramientas, cambios de paradigmas, todo ello nos hará proactivos y nos permitirá beneficiarnos teniendo una mayor ventaja competitiva.

Históricamente HR no se lucía en la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías, siempre fue un área más descuidada en esta temática, más tradicional. Desde hace unos años se comenzaron a incorporar distintos sistemas, apps, plataformas que favorecen y dinamizan los procesos de HR. Desde recibos de sueldos digitales, a apps de búsquedas, onboarding y learning, todas demuestran que cualquier proceso del área se puede agilizar y tenemos que descubrir nuevas oportunidades constantemente.

Desarrollar y establecer relaciones con colegas y profesionales es esencial para generar espacios donde hacer puestas en común, compartir situaciones similares que se nos pueden presentar, buscar soluciones en conjunto, compartir referencias sobre personas o sistemas utilizados. Esto a su vez nos permite generar oportunidades de aprendizaje, conocimiento, desarrollo continuo.

Especializarse en algún proceso o aspecto particular de HR a veces suele ser difícil, porque generalmente desarrollamos una visión generalista del área. Pero sí puede ser más fácil definir en qué aspecto nos gusta trabajar más o en qué tipo de industria/empresa/emprendimiento y elegir un nicho para desarrollarnos. Esto nos permitirá ser Especialistas y lograr definir objetivos y soluciones con mayor claridad.

Creo que conocer en profundidad el rubro y el sector de la organización es fundamental para el posicionamiento estratégico de RRHH. Si comprendemos la dinámica de las operaciones, las particularidades de las personas que se desempeñan en el sector y los objetivos del negocio podemos ofrecer soluciones innovadoras en línea con las necesidades de la empresa. Porpuestas ajustadas, practicables y efectivas son cruciales en un entorno de constante cambio. Ser proactivos y criteriosos en la provisión de soluciones no solo fortalece la posición estratégica de RRHH, sino que también contribuye al éxito general de la organización.
