Sin lugar a dudas mantener presente en todo tiempo el propósito de por qué y para qué hacemos lo que hacemos, es algo que ayuda a mantener viva la motivación en medio de la rutina diaria o cuando se presentan obstáculos o complicaciones inesperadas en la organización. Y si estamos desarrollando una organización sin ánimo de lucro, sabemos que nuestro propósito es algo trascendente, porque ayudará a solucionar o aliviar algún problema o necesidad para mejorar las condiciones de vida de otras personas, familias, comunidades y/o países. Esta debería ser una razón de mucho peso para ayudarnos a enfrentar adversidades con el coraje y la valentía necesarias, no darnos por vencido ni claudicar en nuestros esfuerzos por seguir haciendo lo mejor !
