I think that one should look at maximizing the total revenue on all streams 1. Events 2. Food and beverage 3. Concerts 4. Sponsorship Most importantly we need to look at increasing the revenue per customer, not all clubs and facilities have the luxury of an abundance of Footfall or growth opportunities We have seasons that will not cater for mass groups , and we have factors outside our control - difficulty of course - weather - pandemics - maintenance Thus we should focus on each customer and Maximize the average spent
