In process to alignment with changes we need strong discussion with our team in organization (peer, subordinates, superior and especially peoples contact with market). For me if we're frequently discuss and got clue what is our customers pain, surely the company will growth more sustainable. which company able to mapping the customer pain well, I believe tool like digitalization with be effective to enlarge company capabilities to delivery values to customer. to attract pain from your customer of course you need to get insight from your superior and honestly communication between both parties.

How important is the job to you? If it matters, then create the personality that is required for the position and BECOME that person. The process of coming up with a strategy, regular engagement and sessions with all stakeholders (ie. boss/es and subordinates) should be held to establish buy-in from all.
