Ok.. hold on. First and foremost, discussion needs to happen when people have time to cool down!! Schedule a meeting and set ground rules: No interrupting, no judgement. Let each person use "I feel", not "You did/didn't" statements. A Whiteboard for common themes and issues can be helpful. At the end, ask for each person to turn to the next person and say one good thing they did this week. Just one! See.. How hard was that??
