My experience about new technology was to sit with technical people who can tell you what new technology is capable of doing and you will see so many other things new technology can solve. Never stop learning and growing! Once you stop, you get comfortable. The world is ever-changing and you must keep up with it to stay ahead of the curve! Reading is my greatest asset in enhancing my problem-solving skills. Study changes happening in the world, know when to quit something that isn't working; sidenote, quitting is often perceived as a failure at something, but sometimes things just don't work anymore! Adapt and change! Another tactic is through certifications and courses. I love taking the CPE courses and I'm always studying, testing things, and seeing how they work.
