Our team attended the Indy Arts Council’s Start with Art yesterday to celebrate Indy’s vibrant arts community. The Naptown African American Theatre Collective Inc. (a 16 Tech Community Investment Fund grant recipient) was the winner of the ARTI Cultural Entrepreneur award.
