At 2 Towns Ciderhouse we believe that the long history of cidermaking demands respect and deserves to be done right. Starting with the highest quality, whole ingredients from local farms, we take no shortcuts in crafting our ciders. We refuse to add processed sugars, concentrates or artificial flavors, and instead use slow, cold fermentation methods to allow the fruit to speak for itself. As a family-owned company, we are committed to the growth of our team and enrichment of our communities. We take pride in producing a true Northwest craft cider. We're honored to be a part of Silver Moon Brewing's 10th F*Cancer Campaign. And thrilled to see 2 Towns Ciderhouse and Migration Brewing be a part of this year's efforts. Proceeds from each case of cans, keg, and all merchandise go directly to Silver Moon's non-profit partners to support efforts towards cancer prevention, education, & research. "F*Cancer campaign is dedicated to supporting cancer research and the well being of cancer fighters across the world... Brewed as a seasonal summer release, we donate a portion from every sale to cancer nonprofits that support communities across the country. With merchandise, events, and other fundraising methods included, we have raised over $700,000 for cancer research since the beginning of the program in 2014." Established in the UK in 1886, The International Brewing and Cider Awards is an opportunity for cidermakers the world over to have their products evaluated by internationally acclaimed, commercially practicing cidermakers. 2 Towns Ciderhouse, Bauman's Cider Co., and Portland Cider Company represented the state with particular achievements in the Tannic Cider category, winning five of seven total medals. The demonstrated mastery of both traditional European cider styles and modern cider styles firmly establishes Oregon ciders in a class of their own. Altogether, these are the most medals a single cider-producing US state has ever taken home from the world's international stage.
