Marcia Barry-Smith: Longstanding member of our Advisory Council, and renowned South Florida community, Affordable Housing expert. Marcia brings extensive experience in advancing community initiatives and is President and CEO of MBS Consulting Advisors, Inc. Welcome Marcia! Penelope Blair: Senior Vice President with Bank of America Private Bank. Penelope is deeply involved in the South Florida community, including as past Co-Chair of the Joint Tax and Estate Planning Seminar and is active with the First United Methodist Church in Fort Lauderdale. Penelope is also a longtime supporter of Second Chance Society. Welcome Penelope! Jessica Garvey: Chief Financial Officer at ElementUSA, and previously held senior executive roles at HARMAN International. Jessica brings extensive experience in global finance and leadership. She is actively involved in empowering women in senior leadership through her role as a founding member of Chief, a private network dedicated to advancing women in business. Jessica will serve as our Treasurer and lead the Finance Committee. Welcome Jessica!
